• If you cancel your booking four days ahead of the activity date- there will be zero cancellation fee.
• If you cancel your booking less than three days before the activity date- there will be a 100% cancellation fee.

• The minimum height requirement is 110 cm for the zipline adventure.
• Weight requirement is 40kg-100kg.
• Participants must be of age 12 or above to partake in this activity.
• Participants are required to submit the ticket and the National Identity card at the check-in counter.
